Kristin Burger

Kristin Burger is a recent graduate from West Chester University where she graduated Suma Cum Lauda with a Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education with minors in reading and special education. While at West Chester, Kristin was apart of the West Chester University Dance Company. Through the dance company, Kristin had the opportunity to work with student and professional choreographers from the Philadelphia area to perf

orm around the campus and in shows. Prior to her dancing experience at West Chester, Kristin danced at Art of Dance for 15 years, starting at the age of 2. During her years at Art of Dance, Kristin was a member of the competition team where she competed in numerous competitions as well as performances in the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade, the National Cherry Blossom Parade, and performing at Walt Disney World. She has also attended numerous dance workshops with professional choreographers including Robert Hoffman, Mia Michaels, Tyce Diorio and twice with the New York City Rockettes. Kristin also attended the Pulse Dance Convention where she had the opportunity to perform with hundreds of dancers as well as top choreographers.  Over the summer, Kristin taught dance at the Hanover Township Community Center teaching ballet to beginner dancers. Kristin’s love of dance has continued to grow and she cannot wait to share it with other dancers! Art of Dance has always been Kristin’s family and she is so excited to be coming back to where her love and passion for dance all started!
